By visiting our website, browsing our products, placing an order, or completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Service. 2. Products and Orders

cefgknp offers a variety of everyday general merchandise. Product names, images, specifications, prices, and availability are based on the information displayed on the website. Due to differences in display settings, photography conditions, or product batches, slight variations in color or appearance may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, phone numbers, email addresses, shipping addresses, and payment information. After successful payment, orders are generally processed within 1-2 days. Order acceptance and shipment are subject to system confirmation and actual product availability. If an item is unavailable, payment is not approved, or order details require verification, we may contact the customer or cancel the order and handle any payment already made according to the circumstances.

Payment approval is determined by the issuing bank, payment provider, or the status of the relevant account. cefgknp is not responsible for payment delays caused by a bank, payment provider, or customer account issue.

4. Shipping Policy

After an order is shipped, delivery is expected to take approximately 12-15 days. Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, peak shipping periods, the destination, and carrier operations.

Free shipping is available for all products delivered within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Orders may be shipped through USPS, Uniuni, GOFO Express, or Easy. The specific carrier is selected according to the product, destination, and shipping arrangements.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and should preferably include the original packaging, tags, and accessories. Customers must contact customer service and submit a request before returning an item, including the order number and relevant product information. All return and exchange requests are subject to review, and the final decision will be confirmed by customer service.

After the returned item has been reviewed and approved, refunds are generally processed within 7 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on the bank, credit card issuer, or third-party payment platform.

6. Shipping Insurance

A shipping insurance fee equal to 2% of the order amount will be charged. The coverage, eligibility requirements, and applicable limitations are subject to the information displayed on the order page or provided by customer service.
