1. Return and Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days after your order is delivered. Please provide your order number, purchaser name, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Do not send products back before receiving confirmation from our customer service team.

2. Eligible Items

Because food products are special items, returned products must be new, unused, unopened, and uneaten. Original packaging, labels, seals, and included items must be intact. Products must be in resalable condition.
If an item arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, incomplete, or with a product-quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photo or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize assistance with your case.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange: opened, consumed, damaged, or unsealed food; items with problems caused by improper storage, misuse, or expired goods after delivery; customized items; items marked as non-returnable; and items for which order information cannot be verified. For food hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food items.

4. Return Shipping and Shipping Protection

If we sent the wrong item, or the item is damaged, incomplete, or confirmed to have a quality issue, cefgknp will cover reasonable return shipping costs or offer an appropriate resolution.
For returns due to personal reasons, including no longer wanting the item, ordering by mistake, or taste preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping protection is available at 2% of the order value. Eligible returns may receive return-shipping reimbursement according to the applicable shipping protection terms. Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

5. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the review result by email. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear may vary depending on your card issuer, PayPal, Klarna, or other payment provider.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is in stock, we will arrange shipment after confirming that the exchange meets our requirements. If it is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable option. Orders normally require 1-2 business days for processing, and delivery is estimated at 12-15 days after shipment. Actual delivery times may vary due to carriers, weather, or holidays.
